BTS Announces Partnership With the NBRPA
BTS www.basketballtrainingsystems.com is pleased to announce its new partnerships with the NBRPA www.legendsofbasketball.com. The NBRPA has over 1,400 retired NBA and WNBA members, and is excited to offer those players the opportunity to own and operate their own youth training facilities, as well as provide online training content through BTS’s TAAP (Train Anywhere Anytime Program).
The NBRPA Legends team spent a few years watching BTS grow before executing on our agreement and believe that BTS offers its members an opportunity to use what their members learned in their playing careers to both grow a profitable business and support the youth in their local communities. BTS gives the NBRPA members an opportunity to leverage and extend their personal brand “powered by BTS.”
BTS is a full-service platform allowing its partners to start, build, and grow a profitable youth basketball training business using the BTS business blueprint. BTS, anchored by its NBA players, provides “best of breed” onsite youth basketball training, as well as online training through its Train Anywhere Anytime Program (TAAP). Training at the BTS designed facilities is powered by the most advanced athlete tracking technologies available on the market.

Want to own a basketball training facility?
BTS has a full suite of tools and services for locating, designing, building, and launching your own basketball academy. Building your own facility including working capital is a much more modest investment than you might think. The average small training facility can be built-out for approximately $250,000 and with additional working capital of $50,000 to $75,000 you are on your way! BTS will help you find the location, build the facility, and operate the facility using our comprehensive systems and processes.
If you are not ready to own your own youth basketball business, consider applying your basketball talent to a basketball training video set which TAAP will handle from beginning to end!
BTS’s Train Anywhere Anytime Program, or TAAP www.taaponline.com, is an app for young athletes to access our training content online. Young players can learn, train, and compete by accessing our training content. Our videos feature a variety of players and trainers from our network. TAAP is offered in a Learn, Train, Compete structure, and NBRPA members can participate in any of these aspects. We like each of our NBA TAAP players to provide some personal insights, helping to educate and mentor the young athletes. All it takes is a visit to BTS’s St. Louis production facilities for a two-day filming session. BTS covers all production
and distribution costs. It is worthy of note that BTS has an agreement with FIBA China where FIBA is distributing the TAAP videos to the China market. It is estimated that China has over 300 million people who play basketball!
TAAP is actively seeking players to contribute to its content library. Players will be offered a generous revenue share for their contribution. Email rcampbell@basketballtrainingsystems.com for more information.
Want to make a difference in the lives of youth in your community…you can do “good” and do “well” with BTS as your partner.
Larry Hughes founded BTS with the mission of using basketball to develop peak performers on and off the court. In addition to teaching physical athletic skills, our staff teach a variety of life skills with regular court chats, and unique interactions with the athlete through skills learned through the unique BTS training platform.
